VERY Sensitive Skin (Down There)?

Does anyone else have this problem??

I have very sensitive skin. I have to be careful about what kinds of lotions or soap I use, clothes I wear, makeup...everything.

I even have to be careful about different types of condoms men use. So I guess it stands to reason that I have another problem too. I cannot use tampons. The pain and burning are horrible, and then I start to swell! (YIKES) So I stick with pads, always making sure that they're very thin, breathable, and do not get "sticky" when damp. Yet by the end of my period my bottom is incredibly SORE and so irritated that sometimes the skin starts to break down and it hurts to urinate.

It's so embarrassing I haven't brought it up to my doc yet (I'm 31!) but I wondered if there might be some suggestions here or at least someone else who suffers the same as I do!

No need to be embarrassed! Its really common to have very sensitive skin down there, your doctor will be able to prescribe either topical treatments or pills to help your problem.
Reply:im not a gyno but i know alot about the womens vagina for a young guy and i say go to your gyno and have him check it out its most likely a infection t.hanks
Reply:I'd say about the tampons that you should do a search or organic tampons that have to fibers that have been dyed or artificial. I know they make them. About the condoms it sounds like you have a latex allergy. They do make non latex condoms.

See my links below for tampons and condoms.

Hope this helps you
