Sensitive Skin!!! help!!! please!!!!!! Acne?!?!?!?
Do you touch your face a lot? If so stop, there are bacteria and oils on your hands that can be a big contributor to acne. I suffered from acne when I was young and as soon as I stopped touching my face or resting my chin on my hand it cleared up. If you use the above person’s toothpaste idea, be sure it does not have fluoride in it which can actually contribute to breakouts. Also, for all topical acne treatment a little goes a long way, use only a pin sized dab on each pimple. Lastly the less “stuff” (cosmetics and oily creams) you use the less likely you are to clog your pores. Good luck.
Be Well!
Reply:I put toothpaste on my breakouts. Use paste not the gel. Works for me....To get rid of the reddness in them, I use a tea bag dipped in hot water. Let it cool a bit so it doesnt burn you. Give it a try. Its cheap too!
Reply:I have really bad sensitive skin too...I would advise washing your face with hot water ONLY, no soap if you can get away with it, or use a cleansing cream that has no soap. That's what I do and when I used to get zits, I would use the Clean %26amp; Clear lotion with salicylic acid... It was enough to get rid of the pimples but since it was a lotion it didn't dry me out very bad. The first couple of times I used it I noticed some peeling, but as I used it regularly it went away.
Reply:You need to get enough sleep at night at least 8 hours. Dont stress yourself at work. Always think positive. Use non-perfumed soap or cleanser. Use non-perfumed tissue instead of a towel on your face.
