Reply:My Mom has super, super sensitive skin. Infact, sometimes water actually bothers her skin! She uses products from Clinique and I have started doing the same with our baby. I use the Comforting Cream Cleanser on her skin in the bath. It is very gentle and has no scent.
We also cloth diaper and use cloth wipes as I found the chemicals and perfumes in disposable products seemed to bother her skin a lot.
Reply:Hope this works. I use benadryl cream on my son. It works really well. I put it on him before he goes to bed and by morning the bumps are gone. The bumps are usually a reaction to laundry detergent or baby Eczema.
Good Luck!
Reply:try aveeno baby most is hypoallergenic and im sure u wash ur babies cloths with seperate detrgent but ur washer could still have some of ur detergent or fabric softener in it soo try putting the empty washer on the rinse cycle before u do her landry and if its just on her leggs then maybe its something she is wearing that is making her breack out soo u might whant to go thru her out fits or pants to see if any are itchy.... also my opinion is luvs diapers are less likely to cause a rash or Irritation ....

Reply:Sounds like your baby has eczema. My son has that too, he gets it mostly on his face, but sometimes also on his legs. My pediatrician told me to use Aveeno lotion that has hydrocortisone in it - this works really well and cleared it up right away. I usually put it on him once a day, unless he has a breakout, then I use it 2x a day.
Reply:When my daughter had a slight case of eczema, her doctor recommended Cortaid (hydrocortizone) twice daily. It cleared up in no time.
Good Luck!
