The past few days, my skin has been extremely sensitive. Whenever i even touch an area on my stomach, a red mark/dent immediately appears and takes a while to dissappear. What could this be from?
Sensitive skin?
If your skin is indenting when you touch it, you should get it checked out. You could be having edema (swelling of your stomach).
