Hi Guys ,
My skin dries off and started to peel , redness and itchy on whole face . I have been going on doctor's medication , but the thing just come back on and off and it costs me alot of $$. Can anyone suggest a good cleanser found on the market which suitable for sensitive skin ? How to get rid of sensitive skin problems ? Another problem is that i need to meet with my client very often , so putting up makeup is necessary . Could anyone tell me if there is any makeup product range which is specifically meant for sensitive skin users without causing irritants ?
Thank alot .
My facial skin turns sensitive after a makeup session .?
Ok, the reason why your skin turns red is because you're allergic to the make up. So stop using it right away!!! And for sensitive skin, the most you can do is to use an Asian (preferrably Japanese) cleanser found in any Asian store. And don't use anything that turns your skin itchy!! If you get red and blotchy skin, do not put anything on it for about 3 days, and it should heal.
For makeup, I ALWAYS use department store make up, like Chanel, Dior, or Shu Uemura. I know it sounds really expensive, but it's worth it. Drug store make up is made of cheap stuff, and can irritate skin much easier than good quality make up. Also, you have to get good applicators. Clean your brushes and change your sponges once a week. That way, it would always be clean and fresh to use, which is essential.
After a long day, I like to ice my face and eyes with an eye pack from Crabtree and Evelyn (is that right spelling?). That helps get rid of itchiness.
But remember: the only REAL way of getting rid of sensitive skin is dont put anything on that you think would make it sensitive.
good luck :)
Reply:Perhaps you could try hypoallergenic makeup.

I only use Natural Make-up products myself.
